From the outset working with Trustgreen has been straightforward and clear. The way I manage has been influenced by my line manager. He has been a mentor and role model and I try to model that as I really respect the way he works and want to do really well for them and to be proud of me.

We are all one big team – like a family – and we all play a role and we are proud of the work we do to support our clients in delivering sustainable great areas which enriches the local environment and help to build communities in new build estates.

I always feel supported, my manager is available when needed and nothing is ever a problem; if we make a mistake, we work through it; you are not afraid to own it; – I don’t ever feel there is criticism, ever. That’s really important because you build your confidence and capability.

We take the approach of Richard Branson in that we want to train people well enough so they can move on, yet treat them well so they want to stay.

I would just like to update on the new committee following our recent POWRA AGM and also pass on thanks again to Rebecca and team at Trustgreen for putting on an excellent community event for residents which was well attended. We have had a lot of really positive comments from residents about it!

Thank you very much for the community event. I thought it was very successful and well attended. The success was due to the way the event was organised which was excellent. All aspects had been carefully and appropriately devised and prepared. Each area of the event was a great success. Parents and children enjoyed the children’s activities and goody bags that added to the general fun. Adults talked about things they had learned about wildlife and the river area near their homes. Residents were pleased that new live trees were replacing the dead ones.

I wanted to drop a note and say thank you for the invite to the golf day.  I really enjoyed it and everyone made me feel so welcome.  It was so refreshing to attend an event that was not weighted heavily to the normal male environment we operate in.  Not sure my desire to take up golf is any greater than it was but I certainly enjoyed my self and would not hesitate to attend similar events.  It as also inspired me to challenge the events we are organising internally to see if we can adapt them to be more inclusive in the future.

Trustgreen have recently taken over the maintenance of an estate in my ward and they have had an immediate impact. After years of neglect Trust have got straight down to work ensuring the parks have proper bin provision and seeing that the grass is cut and litter picked. There’s so much to do to get this estate up to the standard residents were promised but now with Trust on board for the first time I feel these promises will finally come to fruition.  

Trustgeen provide a high quality service and are quick to respond to changes that occur during the planning application process. I can’t wait to work with Trustgreen again in the future.

Trustgreen have recently tendered and been chosen to manage one of our new upcoming estates in the Southeast. During the tendering process I have found the team to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and an ease to work with. The quality of their tender and ability to discuss and explain the thought process and rationale was one of the main reasons they were successful and were chosen to be the long-term stewards of the estate. We are looking forward to working with them as the scheme comes forward to ensure our residents receive the quality service and long-term management that helps build the communities we strive to create.

Trustgreen are an incredibly reliable management company, who are happy to assist in all aspects of the job and we will be using them on future sites.

Wainhomes North West have a close working relationship with Trustgreen which we have gained over the past 4 years. Trustgreen are a professional company who are more than willing to go that extra mile to make things work for both parties and helpfully will take a pragmatic view on any issues that arise. They readily engage with each department within the business and also the LPA’s to discuss the requirements on site. The joint site visits to review our developments with Trustgreen are welcomed, productive and any matters of concern are dealt with at an agreed timescale. They are just at the end of the phone to discuss any concerns. The legal team are highly proactive and move matters forward in a very professional manner.

We have engaged and appointed Trustgreen on a number of schemes and can advise that they have always had an extremely engaging/pro active approach to managing schemes with both ourselves, but more importantly with our mutual clients. The team often going beyond their required service agreement to ensure clients are updated and are proactively dealt with.

From our initial introduction to Trustgreen, right through to their most recently awarded Resident Funded Scheme, they have provided myself and my team with an excellent service. As a business I have found them very competitive, efficient and thoroughly professional at all times. The resulting land transfers have been managed smoothly and their on site management regimens ensure little or no further customer issues. In short they make the process of transferring open spaces smoother, faster and significantly easier than the Local Authority route.

This company is doing something really different by looking at how to improve the biodiversity of an area where building projects take place. This is true innovation and thinking outside the box as to how we can minimise the impact construction can have on our wildlife and natural habitat.

Our kids love the play area and we enjoy waking up to green spaces outside. There’s a real community spirit to the neighbourhood.
