Requesting your Sales Pack
If you’re selling your home, once the sale of your property has been agreed you will require a Sales Pack from us. It’s usually your solicitor who will request this from us but if you’re looking to purchase your own sellers pack, you can do so here.
Please note that upon reciept of payment your Sales Pack could take up to 10 working days to be issued via email.
The Sales Pack includes:
- FME1 or LPE1 form
- Statement of account
- Fee matrix
- Abbreviated accounts
- Insurance documents

Your Annual Management Fee MUST be paid in full for the current maintenance year in order to receive the Sales Pack.
We can only provide a Sales Pack to live sites, so a TG reference number is required in order to request a Sales Pack. Should you have any questions or require assistance, a member of our legal team will be more than happy to help.
