Requesting your sellers pack
If you’re selling your home, once the sale of your property has been agreed you will require a Sellers Pack from us. It’s usually your solicitor who will request this from us but if you’re looking to purchase your own sellers pack, you can do so here.
The Sellers Pack includes:
- FME1 or LPE1 form
- Statement of account
- Fee matrix
- Abbreviated accounts

Your Annual Management Fee MUST be paid in full for the current maintenance year in order to receive the Sellers Pack.
We can only provide a seller’s pack to live sites, so a TG reference number is required in order to request a seller’s pack. Should you have any questions or require assistance, a member of our legal team will be more than happy to help.
