Who we are?
Trustmgt is a limited company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is Unit 7 Portal Business Park, Eaton Lane, Tarporley, CW6 6DN.
We provide sustainable open space management and maintenance for residential developments across the UK. We aim to continually review, monitor and improve the way we care for the open space in our managed areas.
Trustgreen collects, uses and is responsible for personal information about you. When we do this, we are the ‘controller’ of this information for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable data protection laws. You must provide us with certain personal information such as your name, address, contact details (telephone number/email address) to enable us to fulfil our obligations of managing and maintaining your development. We will inform you of the information required at the point of collecting the data.

We rely on our contractual obligations to you as the legal basis for processing your information. We also rely on legitimate interest as our basis to contact you.
Who will we share your personal information with?
We have relationships with various third parties with who we will routinely share your name, address, contact details and information relating to your development. These third parties are solicitors and developers. This data sharing enables us to perform the services outlined in our contract with you. Any Third Parties we share this information with will be subject to a Data Sharing Agreement and will have a good level of security in place to handle such data.
We will share personal information with law enforcement agencies if required by applicable law.
We will not share your personal information with any other third parties without your consent.
Transfer of your information outside the European Economic Area (EEA)
We do not transfer your personal information outside the EEA or to an international organisation.

How long will we store your personal data?
We will store your personal data for the duration of your contract with us and for the length of the agreement with the developer. We will inform you of this period at the end of your agreement.
