As an organisation honesty, integrity and compassion are at the heart of everything we do. We aim to do the right thing. Always.
We are guided and driven by creating a positive, long-lasting impact regionally and nationally on the environment. Sustainability is crucial to how we operate as a business and we are committed to accelerating the necessary changes to do the right thing for our people, stakeholders and the developments we manage.
We view sustainability as a spectrum – not just environmentally but across everything we do, including our ESG performance. We offer complete transparency when it comes to diversity, equality, carbon emissions and sustainability and behave ethically and professionally at all times.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) are not only core beliefs of Trustgreen but are central pillars to our business. CSR is a form of self-regulation in business which looks to contribute to society via ethical practices – it is akin to a company’s conscience. ESG can be summed up as a set of standards measuring a business’s impact on society, the environment, and how transparent and accountable that business is.
