The Role

This is a great opportunity to join our in-house legal team, supporting the Sales & Purchases process from start to finish.

You’ll be working closely with residents, solicitors, and our internal Legal and Finance teams to help keep everything moving smoothly. From preparing and checking legal documentation to managing queries and coordinating across teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering a professional and customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

  • Is organised, proactive and has strong attention to detail
  • Communicates confidently and professionally, both written and verbal
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
  • Is a team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Demonstrates a willingness to do the right thing

Key skills Required

What your day will look like:

  • Assisting with the preparation of a variety of legal documents.
  • Handling customer queries related to the sale and purchase of residential property.
  • Communicating with legal professionals via telephone and email.
  • Updating internal systems promptly and efficiently.
  • Working closely with the finance department to ensure smooth transitions throughout a resident’s journey.
  • Collaborating with team members to prioritise urgent matters in a fast-paced environment.
