The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience within our in-house legal team while earning and learning. As part of the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship, you will develop essential office skills and legal knowledge over 18 months.
The Person
We are looking for someone who:
- Has GCSE Maths and English (Grades A-C / 9-4)
- Is passionate about the environment, including wildlife and ecology.
- Willingness and ability to do the right thing.
Main Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation of a variety of legal documents.
- Handling customer queries related to the sale and purchase of residential property.
- Communicating with legal professionals via telephone and email.
- Updating internal systems promptly and efficiently.
- Working closely with the finance department to ensure smooth transitions throughout a resident’s journey.
- Collaborating with team members to prioritise urgent matters in a fast-paced environment.
