The Role
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a range of tasks, including handling communications, organising meetings, assisting with onboarding, supporting office operations, and more. No two days are the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop a broad skill set in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What you’ll be doing:
This role is perfect for someone who loves variety! You’ll be involved in:
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail – including going out to the post office
- Booking hotels, restaurants, and meeting rooms
- Keeping training records up to date
- Uploading content to systems like Trainual and our HR platform
- Ordering office supplies and equipment for our teams
- Scheduling meetings and setting up Teams calls
- Assisting with onboarding tasks for new starters
The Person
We are looking for someone who:
- Is organised and enjoys multitasking
- Has GCSE Maths and English (Grade A-C / 9-4)
- Is keen to learn and develop new skills
- Works well as part of a team and is happy to help where needed
