About The Development

Trustgreen were approached by Persimmon Homes to set up a resident-funded scheme at this development located in Ellesmere Port. This allowed residents to contribute to the upkeep of the Public Open Space that surrounds their home.

The continued maintenance of this site includes grass cutting, shrub, hedge and tree maintenance as well as play area remedials and ROSPA’s to ensure the open space is safe for all residents. The POS is looked after by our dedicated maintenance team who work year round to ensure the space is maintained to the highest of standards.
