About the Development

Trustgreen were approached by Bloor Homes to work towards a Private Transfer (PT) solution for their new development at Kingston Bagpuize in Oxfordshire. Working closely with Bloor Homes and the Vale of the White Horse District Council, Trustgreen were able to offer an agreeable solution to the management and maintenance of the Public Open Space (POS) on the development in perpetuity.

The features on the site requiring management include a woodland, amenity grassland, areas of play, acoustic bund and all trees and planting to ensure not only that the site is aesthetically pleasing for residents but also a safe environment to enjoy nature and green areas on the development.
