Trustgreen has won a Green World Award in the global campaign to find the world’s greenest countries, companies and communities.

They competed against more than 500 other nominations in the Green World Awards and a trophy and certificate will be presented in their honour at a glittering presentation ceremony in Auckland, New Zealand, on May 12. Trustgreen will be celebrating from their home soil as to preserve their Carbon Neutral efforts.

Their winning paper will be published in The Green Book, the leading international work of reference on best practice, so that others around the world can follow their example and learn from their achievement.

The awards are organised by The Green Organisation – an international, independent, non-political, non-profit environment group dedicated to recognising, rewarding and promoting environmental best practice around the world.

They are supported by the Environment Agency, the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, the Chartered Institution for Wastes Management and other independent bodies.
