The Person

We’re looking for someone with a strong administrative background and proven experience in leading people and managing workloads, ideally in a legal, property, or other service-driven environment.

While you don’t need a legal qualification, you’ll bring:

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to work with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Organisation: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Legal Knowledge: A solid understanding of legal principles and procedures relevant to this specific area of law

  • Supporting team members with training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Managing staffing requirements and liaising with management on resourcing needs.
  • Handling escalated or complex queries from residents, legal professionals, and housebuilders.
  • Working closely with the Legal and Finance teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
