The Role
As a Business Administration Apprentice in Finance, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience supporting the financial operations of the business. Working closely with the Finance team, you’ll help keep things running smoothly by assisting with a range of administrative and finance-related tasks. You’ll develop a broad skill set in a supportive environment – this is a great opportunity to build strong foundations for a future career in business or finance.
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Assisting in responding to queries via email and telephone
- Assisting in invoice production
- Allocating of daily cash and making sure incoming payments are kept up to date
- Data input to our banking system
- Filing various documents weekly
- Learning to use our bespoke software for weekly tasks
The Person
We are looking for someone who:
- Is organised and enjoys multitasking
- Has GCSE Maths and English (Grade A-C / 9-4)
- Is keen to learn and develop new skills
- Works well as part of a team and is happy to help where needed
