This month the Trustmgt team hosted a Biodiversity Net Gain and Golf Day event at the MacDonald Portal Hotel, Golf & Spa in Tarporley.
We had three Ecologist from The Environment Partnership (TEP) attend and present an overview of the new Biodiversity Metric 3.0. They explained how the process can fit into all stages of development decision making, form land purchase to masterplanning and detailed landscaping proposals. The workshop was very well received by our attendees and the Trustmgt team, providing valuable information, hints and tips on the topic.
Following the workshop we held our Annual Golf Day raising much needed funds for WaterAid. We were delighted to have some of our valued clients, along with some new faces join us on the day.
We raised over £230 that will help support those who are most in need, supplying them not only with clean water, sanitation and good hygiene practices, but ultimately an equal chance to be healthy, educated and financially secure. The money we raised will go towards delivering lasting solutions, such as well instalments, toilet systems and taps in the community.
