The Role

As our Regional Estates Manager, you will be crucial to our continued success by taking responsibility for all the estate management activities within the Northern region. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will motivate and lead all our grounds maintenance operations and property portfolio within the region and continue to maintain our high standards for both quality and H&S together with our excellent levels of customer service satisfaction.

The Regional Estates Manager will protect our brand & reputation and enhance our offering through effective leadership, communication, networking and promotion, bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the team and the market.


The Person

The right candidate with have experience of managing a team, therefore have excellent team building and customer relations management skills. You will have a proven track record of identifying and securing long-term relationships with suppliers, from initial tendering to selection and appointment of our maintenance teams.

While prior experience in property management or working within the housebuilding sector or green services environment (grounds maintenance, arboriculture, landscaping & estates services) is preferable, what is important is the willingness and ability to do the right thing.


Key skills Required

  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous although not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently to agreed deadlines
  • Highly motivated, reliable, with the commitment to complete activities.
  • Ability to prioritise your own workload and that of your team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieving quality standards and revenue targets.
  • Overseeing daily operations, managing workloads, and performance objectives.
  • Ensuring all clients requirements & expectations are met in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Identifying Advanced Works opportunities within the Northern region.
  • Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
  • Preparing and presenting to the Board, monthly reports on operations, targets and revenue.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering and nurturing strong professional relationships.
