The Role

As our Marketing Manager, you will be crucial to our continued success by ensuring the development and execution of marketing initiatives throughout the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy across all platforms and channels, alongside specific standalone projects.
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing events, such as community engagement days, client events, and CPD workshops.
  • Provide day-to-day support for the company website, including coordinating maintenance, content, SEO, and collaborating with agencies for ongoing development work.
  • Manage social media accounts including the creation of content such as copy, graphics, images, video etc.
  • Champion the Trustgreen brand, ensuring that all literature across the business adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Translate and interpret the brand values, promise, visual identity, and tone of voice into marketing communications effectively and accurately.
  • Design and create content for company brochures and marketing literature.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and communicate plans and priorities to the Board of Directors.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  • Produce newsletters and news roundups for staff to keep them informed of company updates.
  • Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.

The Person

  • 3+ years’ experience working in a marketing role.
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Excellent knowledge of WordPress CMS.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and Google Analytics.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Creative and illustrative mindset.
  • Team player; able to build professional relationships and productive communications with internal and external contacts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for target audiences.
  • The ability and willingness to do the right thing.
