The Role
As Legal Administrator you will be integral to our continued success, working with our inhouse legal department to provide vital legal support to thousands of residents every year. Assisting at the pivitol stage of buying or selling their home, your training and expertise will allow you to positively contribute to every resident’s experience. Your excellent communication skills will assist you in managing queries from a variety of people, ranging from solicitors or conveyancing experts, to residents who are purchasing their first family home. As part of the wider legal team you will learn to adapt quickly to suit the ever changing needs of the client, whilst always maintaining our high standards for both quality and customer service satisfaction.
The successful candidate will bring enthusiasm and fresh ideas to the role, helping to support Trustgreen’s brand and reputation as we continue to grow.
The Person

What your day will look like:
- Assisting with the preparation of a variety of pre & post completion documents.
- Dealing with customer queries regarding the sale and purchase of residental property.
- Dealing with legal professionals to assist with pre and post completion matters.
- Allocating fees & updating internal systems promptly and efficiently.
- Working closely with the finance department to ensure smooth transitions throughout a resident’s journey.
Communicating with other members of the team to effectively prioritise urgent matters in an ever changing environment.
Key skills Required
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Work efficiently to agreed deadlines.
- Highly motivated, reliable, with the commitment to complete activities.
