The Role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the raising and issuing of all sales invoices & letters, daily banking, invoice processing, collecting monthly direct debits and addressing both client and customer queries whilst maintaining our high standards for both quality and customer service satisfaction.
The Accounts Coordinator will support our brand & reputation, bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the team and the role.
The Person
The right candidate will have a passion for the countryside including the wildlife and ecology it supports. Applicants will be highly motivated, reliable with the commitment to complete activities and possess excellent team building and customer relations management skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with estates management experience who wishes to develop their career further or a graduate who is keen to start a career in Estates Management.
Experience working within the housebuilding sector or green services environment (grounds maintenance, arboriculture, landscaping & estates services) is preferable, however what is important is the willingness and ability to do what is right.
Key skills Required
- Have experience of Sage 50
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be highly motivated with the commitment to complete activities
- Have excellent analytical skills
- Have experience of MRI Qube
You may be working towards your AAT qualification, however if you can demonstrate experience of working within a finance department, we would love to hear from you.
Your previous experience may have been gained working for a major house builder or service provider but what is important is the willingness and ability to do the right thing.

- Completing routine processes such as raising invoices in line with business schedules
- Ensuring our customers’ requirements & expectations are met in a courteous and professional manner.
- Identifying areas of improvement within current systems.
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
- Achieving quality standards and fully reconciled customer accounts.
